Booking terms and conditions

Our lodges will be available from Saturday to Saturday, arriving no earlier than 4:00pm and leaving by 10:00am on the day of departure. However, should alternative dates or times be required, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we shall endeavour to accommodate where possible.

Our rates are based on variable demand pricing and can range from ~£700 to £3,000 per week, per lodge.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due at time of booking and the balance 2 calendar months prior to the commencement of your stay.

In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to re-let and would hope to refund monies paid, but it is understood that this will not always be possible.

Considerable care has been taken to ensure that you enjoy your holiday in comfortable and clean surroundings and we would expect the lodges to be left in the same condition as you find them. It is with regret that we must insist that all breakages and damage will have to be paid for.

Pets are accepted, but by prior arrangement.

Electric vehicle charging is available, but by prior arrangement. We will provide an itemised bill of the charging, at our current electricity tariff, at the end of your stay.

We ask that on your day of arrival, if you are able, to please call either Dan on 07712 184390 or Ian on 07907 276919 once you are travelling across on the Corran ferry, Tobermory ferry or have turned left at Lochailort. This will give us 45 minutes warning of your arrival. We will then be at the lodges in order to meet you and to show you around, show you how things work and give you some keys. If you are going to be much later than 8pm on the day of your arrival, please do let us know via the numbers above.
